Superb example of a loose globe Conductor made by M.M. Buck , utilizing parts supplied  from Kelly & Co .
This frame is a close clone to the Kelly conductor models with a few notable differences. 
Taller top with an adjustable retainer. 
This model uses the same globe that is used in their fixed globe models.

Frame is double hallmarked M.M. BUCK & Co. MAKERS St. LOUIS within an oval on the bottom and on the lid.

Solid white brass construction with a high nickel silver content in it , giving it the appearance of nickel plating. 

Fount body portion is tin, top is brass, using a No.1 flat wick burner.

Globe is a beautiful shade of blue , almost a dark  aqua color . 
Wheel cut G.A. HAIRE on the clear portion.

Condition - excellent,  no visible condition issues with the brass , no cracks or noticeable damage. 
Globe does have a small rim chip as pictured.
