Because our merchandise is produced and fulfilled through different facilities, international shipping availability varies by product and destination. Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries.

📦 Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?

Our merchandise is produced and fulfilled through different production facilities. Because of this, products from different categories may be produced and shipped separately.

For example, if you purchase a shirt and a mug, they may come from different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

💰 Why might I be charged separate shipping for different items?

Shipping charges are based on the product, fulfillment facility, destination, and shipping method.

When an order contains products from different categories, those products may have separate shipping charges because they may be produced and shipped separately.

For example:

Shirt + Mug = potentially two separate shipments and shipping charges.

We do our best to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible.

⏱️ When will my order ship?

Our merchandise is made to order, so your item must first be produced before it can ship. Production and delivery times vary by product and destination.

If your order contains products from different fulfillment facilities, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

🔄 What is your return and exchange policy?

Because our products are made to order specifically when you purchase them, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, wrong color, or because you changed your mind.

Please carefully review the product description, size charts, colors, and design information before placing your order.

❗ What if my item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing problem?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, has a manufacturing error, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Printify requires problems to be reported within 30 days of delivery and requires clear photo or video evidence depending on the issue.

If the issue qualifies under Printify's policy, a replacement/reprint or refund may be available. You generally do not need to return a damaged or defective item to Printify.

Please contact Lantern Joe first rather than sending an item back on your own.

📏 What if I order the wrong size?

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

A wrong size selected by the customer is not considered a manufacturing defect, and Printify does not provide free reprints or refunds for customer-selected sizing mistakes.

🎨 What if the color isn't what I expected?

Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind about the color.

Please review the product images and available color options carefully before ordering.

📍 What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, Printify may offer a partial refund or reprint depending on the circumstances; a new shipment may also require an additional charge.
