Here’s how it works…

An Email to The Antique Lantern is all that is needed to schedule a service appointment.  After your request for restoration, I will contact you for pictures and a description of what is needed.

 

Your job order request will be written up and will include the cost of parts (if applicable),shipping, and labor.

Repair and restoration estimates usually take about three business days to complete.

We will then contact you for approval.

If the total cost of the job is more than you expected then no problem , this is a free estimate.

 

Approved jobs begin in order of received, an estimated wait time will be provided (if applicable). We will Email you to arrange for shipping your item to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

 

All approved jobs require a down payment of one half of the total amount of the job quote. We take cash, credit cards, personal checks, business checks, and Paypal.

 

In most cases we quote all jobs to take between 8 and 12 weeks to complete. However, do to the process of having to make parts or finding original parts, this can take longer. In that event you will be notified.

 

We stand behind our craftsmanship, If for any reason you are not satisfied with a job, we will make it right!
