Thank you for shopping at The Antique Lantern

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


 

Returns

 

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging or packaged sufficiently.


Your item needs to have no damage.

You must include a tracking number.

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Payment


The Antique Lantern  accepts all major credit cards, including debit cards through PayPal. Personal and bank checks are also accepted.

Payment in full is required prior to shipping any merchandise. Personal checks must clear the bank prior to processing any order. There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping damages and defects


For any items damaged during shipping, please message us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipper. Please provide us with photos of the package and it's contents just as you received it and we will take care of it from there. Be sure to hang on to all original packaging (this is the proof that the package was damaged) so that the shipper can inspect them. Not having the original boxes and shipping material may be grounds for denying the claim. We will replace any damaged item at no cost to you as long as we are notified within 7 days of delivery of the merchandise.

For defects or wrong item(s) received, please provide us a photo of what you received and we will take care of it from there.

 

Out of stock items


The Antique Lantern uses outside shipping direct from the manufacture on certain items. If we discover that they are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will let you as soon as possible and provide an estimated shipping date.

After your purchase, you will receive an Email after 2 -3 business days with your USPS tracking number.

We use USPS Priority shipping for all items unless previously requested for another courier.
