 AUCTION RULES & TERMS

• Clock Resets:

Each time a new bid is placed, the auction timer resets. The item must go a full 24 hours with no additional bids before the auction officially closes.

• Ending Time:

Auctions do not end 24 hours from the original posting time. The auction ends only after the highest bid has remained unchallenged for a full 24 hours.

• Bidding Format:

Bids must be placed in whole dollar amounts or stated bid increments. All bids must be made as their own top-level comment and not as replies to other bids.

• No Editing or Deleting Bids:

All bids are considered final. Edited or deleted bids may result in removal from the auction.

• Payment Terms:

Winning bidders are responsible for the final bid amount, applicable buyer’s premium, shipping costs, insurance, and packaging materials.

Payment must be completed within 3 days of auction close or the item may be relisted. Non-payment may result in removal or banning from the group.

• Comments:

Comments on auction posts should only contain bid amounts. Questions, offers, or discussions should be sent through private message.

Electronic Payment Premiums:

• Venmo — 2%

• Credit/Debit Cards — 3%

• Square Invoices — 3%

• PayPal — 4%

• Cash App — 3%

Square / Credit Card payments will be invoiced directly to your email, and a secure payment link will be provided.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Shipping location will be stated in each individual auction depending on consignor location.

• Shipping carriers will primarily be UPS and USPS.

• Buyers are responsible for actual shipping costs, packaging materials, and insurance costs.

WINNER CONTACT

The winning bidder will be contacted after auction close to arrange payment and shipping information.
