Maker - E.F. Parker possibly,  not hallmarked but very similar to his 1855 patent
Features - amber, blue , and red glass panes.
The blue pane is wavy glass, Unknown if that is original,  is as purchased. 
The Amber pane has a small chip in top as pictured.
Slide in fount with whale oil burner and also supplied is a candle insert with metal sleeve.
Condition - very good over all no major rust issues , good tin showing .
