Adam's and Westlake  Adlake Reliable double guard version  stamped for :
Pennsylvania Lines 
Fount is an Adlake no.300 with a No.1 bayonet burner. 
Globe is a Corning no39 embossed Pennsylvania Lines 

Condition  - very good , with bright tin .
No heavy rusting or pitting present. 
Looks maybe it was painted at one time and was cleaned but not fully , black paint in spots.
Fount is clean , burner is free and turning.
