Pleco WW2 British 1943 Blackout Air Raid Lantern/Lamp - Stamped steel with a cast

iron base, (8- 1/4") high. This was used with a small candle by civilians in their homes and by soldiers in the trenches during air raids. The candle is installed from the bottom on a spring with threaded cap loaded base. 
The lens cover to black out lense is missing.

Condition - very good , original unrestored condition.
