Water shield stamped for - 
The Seagrave Co. Columbus Ohio

This is an early version of the hinged model , before Dietz started Tin linning the founts , which years later caused them to swell and crack.
Condition  - is very good , dark brown  patina, displayable as is or polish. 
No cracks in the fount .
Does have a few small dings and one slight tube crease on the lower right tube.
Very good example of a  model that always has Condition issues.
